Business School Rankings Manipulation

The University of Washington is holding a Business School Rankings awareness week from January 10-17. Students are pushing at least 25% of the seniors in the Foster School of Business to complete online surveys for the Business Week rankings. This is the minimum threshold for schools to be considered in the annual rankings by the magazine. Students are using flyers around campus and there is even a Facebook group to help support the cause.
Last year, Business Week ranked the school #8 among public institutions and #25 overall.
